The Corsair RM850x ATX 3.1 is the PSU we fit on RTX 4080/5080 builds where 850W gives proper headroom and the customer expects rock-solid voltage delivery. ATX 3.1 spec means it ships with a native 12V-2x6 connector — no adapter cable rats-nest behind the GPU. 80+ Gold efficiency keeps the power bill down, fully modular cabling keeps the build clean.
105°C Japanese capacitors throughout, zero RPM mode (fan stays off below 50% load) for silent idle, 10-year warranty on the unit. Compact 140mm length so it fits the smaller chassis we use for SFF builds. This is a buy-once cry-once PSU choice — we've fitted hundreds and they outlive most of the parts around them.
