Absolutely. You're welcome to pick every component yourself, or we can recommend the best parts based on your budget and what you'll be using the PC for. It's completely up to you.
If we haven't ordered the parts yet, changes are usually no problem. Once parts are ordered, modifications may be limited. Just get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Yes, we build workstations and office PCs as well as gaming machines. Whether it's for video editing, CAD work, or general office use, we can spec a build to match your workflow.
Our builds typically start from around €350 and can go well above €2,000 depending on what you need. There's no strict minimum or maximum — we'll work with whatever budget you have.
Most builds are completed within 7–14 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Timelines can vary depending on parts availability, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Yes, clean cable management is included with every build at no extra cost. We take pride in making sure the inside of your PC looks as good as the outside.
We work with a wide range of cases from brands like NZXT, Corsair, Fractal Design, Lian Li, and more. You can pick one you like or we'll recommend one based on your build and airflow needs.
Yes, Windows installation and all necessary drivers are set up as part of every build. If you need a Windows license, we can sort that out for an additional cost, or you can provide your own.
Every build goes through a full stress test and benchmark run before it leaves our workshop. We check thermals, stability, and performance to make sure everything is running perfectly.
Yes. We offer repairs and upgrades for existing PCs — whether that's adding more RAM, swapping in a new GPU, or a full platform upgrade. Get in touch and we'll see what makes sense for your setup.
Absolutely. We're happy to diagnose and repair any desktop PC, regardless of where it was built. Bring it to us or arrange a collection and we'll take a look.
It depends on the issue. We charge a flat diagnostic fee, and once we've identified the problem, we'll give you a clear quote before doing any work. No surprises.
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days. If parts need to be ordered, it may take a little longer, but we'll keep you in the loop throughout.
Yes, for software issues we can often help remotely via screen sharing. If it's a hardware issue, we'll advise you on the best course of action — whether that's a drop-off or a collection.
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Ireland. Your PC will be securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely no matter where you are in the country.
Of course. Dublin-based pickup is available. Once your build is complete, we'll arrange a convenient time for you to collect it.
We use custom foam inserts, GPU support braces, and double-boxed packaging to ensure your PC arrives in perfect condition. We treat every shipment like it's our own build.
Delivery costs vary depending on your location in Ireland. We'll include the exact delivery cost in your quote so there are no hidden fees.
Currently we only ship within Ireland. If you're based in the UK or elsewhere, get in touch and we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
You get a 1-year warranty on assembly and workmanship. Individual components are also covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we'll help you with if needed.
Our warranty covers any build-related defects — faulty assembly, connection issues, or component failures related to the build. It does not cover accidental damage or user modifications.
Simply contact us through the website or send us a message. Describe the issue and we'll arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. Most warranty claims are resolved within a few days.
We're still happy to help. Out-of-warranty repairs are available at our standard repair rates. We'll always give you a quote before doing any work.
Yes, all refurbished builds come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. You're covered from day one.
We accept bank transfer and cash on collection. Payment details are provided once your quote is approved.
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your parts and begin the build. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or collection.
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. That includes the build fee, cable management, and full assembly. No surprises.
Yes, we offer flexible financing options. Check our financing page for more details on how to spread the cost of your build over monthly payments.
There is a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery. Please see our returns policy for full details on the process and any conditions that apply. Deposits on custom orders may be non-refundable once parts have been ordered.
