COMMON QUESTIONS
Is there interest on payment plans?
No interest is charged. For the 3-month split, a small one-time admin fee is added to cover processing. The exact amount depends on the build total and will be confirmed before you commit.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We’ll reach out to you directly to arrange a new date. We understand things come up. However, if payments stop entirely, the build will be paused until the balance is settled.
When does the build start?
For pay-in-full orders, the build starts as soon as payment clears. For split payments, we begin sourcing parts after the first payment is received.
Can I pay off early?
Absolutely. You can pay off the remaining balance at any time with no penalties. We’ll adjust your schedule accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details never reach us. Where Pay in 3 is offered, the three payments are taken from the same card. We don’t accept bank transfer, Revolut or cash.
